Food Industry in Islamic West During Medieval Epoch

Abstract

Islamic West reconganized many states during Medieval Epoch,its power not onely in military but in economy, agriculture, Industry and Trade, especially in Industry.firstly,food Industry which connected with agriculture, it change its raw materials to industred foods in order to consumed for long time, like :oils,breads,vermicelli, cheese, butter,Margarina, sugar, jam, Raisins, and dried figue,vinegar.    This study reached several results: the food industry in the Islamic West was developed and diversified in production even by the scale of the current era, some of these industries still until today, such as the jam industry, vinegar industry, dairy products,flour industry, and sugar industry.
