Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in achieving competitive advantage, through a field study at the RA2K-SKIKDA Condensate Refining Company (Sonatrach-Skikda)

       The study results revealed a statistically significant effect of implementing an ERP system on achieving a competitive advantage in the organization under study, with an explanation rate of 62.2%, which is considered a relatively high percentage, reflecting the importance of the system in supporting the organization's performance and enhancing its competitive position.
