Evaluating the level of service culture among employees of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank in M'Sila

This study aims to reveal the level of service culture among a sample of employees of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development. To achieve this goal, 81 questionnaire forms were distributed to all employees of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development in M'Sila. 60 valid forms were retrieved for analysis.
After conducting statistical analysis using the SPSS25 application, this study found that the evaluation of the employees of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development in M'Sila of the culture of service and its dimensions was positive, with them giving greater approval to the dimension of enhancing the spirit of the work team, and less approval to the dimension of employing the appropriate people.
