Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of digital innovation on enhancing customer satisfaction. The field study was conducted on customers of the Mobilis company in El Tarf. To achieve this objective, a model was developed that includes an independent variable digital innovation, and the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 170 customers from the study population. The study found that digital innovation has a statistically significant impact on enhancing customer satisfaction at Mobilis in El Tarf, which contributes to improving service quality and enhancing the customer experience.
