The reality of digital transformation of banking operations in Algeria: a case study of the National Bank of Algeria

The study aims to shed light on the reality of digital transformation in the quality of banking services in Algeria. This study examines the case of the National Bank of Algeria (NBA) to understand the role played by financial technology, particularly digital transformation, in improving the quality of banking services provided to customers. This study is based on an analytical study examining the current practices of the (NBA) in the field of digital transformation of various banking products, as well as analyzing digital data and financial budgets obtained from the bank's website. The study concluded that the (NBA)has made significant strides in implementing digital transformation technology, which has significantly contributed to improving the quality of digital banking services provided to the bank's customers. This is in line with the government's strategy to generalize the use of digitization as an approach to managing public services in Algeria
