Electronic learning and the Precautionary measures during the covid19 pandemic

Abstract

This study deals with a definition of e-learning and its most important advantages, and its importance that emerged during the covid-19 pandemic, the latter made the world live exceptional situations in various fields and disrupted most activities, including educational activity, which forced the whole world to abandon traditional education and resort to distance e-learning in its various types, the study also touched on the precautionary measures approved by the Ministry of Higher Education to ensure the conduct of distance lessons, the experience of the Algerian University in e-learning and distance education and the challenges facing it.
