evolving labor-market demands, necessitating a systematic re-engineering of university curricula that balances national specificities with sustainable development objectives. In the field of Physical and Sports Education, although several specialization tracks exist (Sports Training, Movement Sciences, School Physical Education, Sports Management), this diversity has not translated into professional differentiation among graduates, largely due to the reliance on traditional pedagogical approaches. This paper proposes a reform-oriented strategy grounded in the Competency-Based Approach and technology-enhanced learning, aiming to improve curriculum engineering and enhance the professional performance of both instructors and students.
