Abstract

This study aims to compare international experiences in integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into the training programs of Paralympic coaches with the current Algerian model, in order to identify strengths, weaknesses, and propose a more effective national smart framework. The research adopts a comparative analytical approach, analyzing the content of leading international programs such as the Canadian, Japanese, and Australian models, and comparing them with the existing Algerian coach training system. The study sample consisted of official documents, training programs, and reports, analyzed through a content analysis grid focusing on objectives, content, training methods, and the integration of AI technologies. Limited qualitative interviews were also conducted with selected Algerian coach educators to clarify the practical reality of coach preparation. The expected findings indicate a significant digital and methodological gap between international practices and the Algerian model, highlighting the need to develop a national smart framework that integrates both pedagogical and technological dimensions in the training of Paralympic coaches
