n light of the rapid digital transformation and the proliferation of media platforms, the
audience is now surrounded by an overwhelming flow of real-time information. This has
significantly complicated the process of media reception and has contributed to a state of
cognitive confusion among sports audiences. Moreover, the recipient faces increasing challenges
in verifying the credibility of media content and distinguishing between reliable and fabricated
information, in addition to the difficulty of selecting content that aligns with their interests and
cognitive and cultural needs. In this context, artificial intelligence emerges as a promising
technological solution to address these challengesا Therefore, the integration of AI in the media
field is no longer a mere technical luxury, but rather an epistemological and strategic necessity to
keep pace with the fundamental transformations in patterns of information consumption and to
empower audiences to develop informed critical stances grounded in digital literacy and objective
analysis of circulated content.
