Obstacles To Implementing Artificial Intelligence In The Yemeni Ministry Of Youth And Sports

The research aims to identify human obstacles in the application of artificial intelligence, and to know the financial obstacles in the application of artificial intelligence, and technical obstacles in the application of artificial intelligence, and administrative obstacles in the application of artificial intelligence at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the researchers use the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the research, on a sample of (65) male and female employees, and the results of the research showed that human obstacles, financial obstacles, technical obstacles, and administrative obstacles in the application of artificial intelligence at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, came to a high degree. The research recommendations included the need to increase cultural awareness among employees of the importance of using artificial intelligence through good planning and organization, providing financial capabilities, devices, equipment, programs and training courses for the application of artificial intelligence, while providing trained and specialized cadres in this field, and developing a future vision about the application of artificial intelligence in the Ministry of Youth and Sports
