The Role Of Artificial Intelligence And Sports Media In Managing Public Behavior: A Case Study
Keywords:
Artificial Intelligence, Sports Media, Sporting EventsAbstract
This study aims to analyze the role of artificial intelligence and sports media in managing crowd behavior during sporting events, using a documentary analytical approach based on literature review, media content analysis, and real-world case studies. The findings reveal that the absence of artificial intelligence weakens the ability to predict crowd behavior and implement proactive interventions, while traditional or negative media coverage may escalate tensions rather than mitigate them. Conversely, cases that demonstrated integration between AI and sports media showed high effectiveness in controlling crowds and ensuring safe sporting environments. The study recommends developing a comprehensive Arab model that integrates technology and media in crowd management, considering cultural and organizational contexts, and initiating scalable pilot projects
