This study aims to identify the mechanisms of using modern electronic applic aationsnd programs to raise the effectiveness of sports training programs, as modern sports training is an organized and scientifically planned process that aims to develop the athlete's athletic performance to the maximum possible extent. The Internet and artificial intelligence have become things that must be available in the training process, so that modern technology is considered one of the contemporary scientific achievements that have a direct impact on human life in our current time, and this tremendous development in modern technology has imposed on the world of sports training to use it to achieve the desired goals. In this study, we will discuss the uses of modern applications and technology in sports training, their importance, and examples of modern applications applied in sports training
