Doping is considered one of the most dangerous phenomena in the sports world, as it significantly affects athletes' physical and mental health and undermines fair competition. The study highlights the legal efforts undertaken by various countries to criminalize doping. The study reviews the responsibility of coaches and doctors who may encourage athletes to use doping substances. In some legal frameworks, these individuals are subject to penalties if found guilty of encouraging or assisting athletes in doping. The study concludes with a set of findings and recommendations that emphasize the importance of combating doping in sports. It was found that doping breaches the rules of fair competition and harms athletes' health, making it necessary to criminalize doping. The study also pointed out that the absence of deterrent penalties and the lack of specific anti-doping laws in some countries have contributed to the spread of this phenomenon
