Abstract

The study aims to know some sources of professional stress and their relationship to the job performance of sports consultants in sports institutions. The main question was formulated as follows: Is there a relationship between some sources of professional stress and the job performance of sports consultants? In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach and its model of studying relationships because it is consistent with the nature of the subject. The occupational stress scale and a questionnaire form were used as tools to collect information and data from the field of study. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling method. The statistical processing method, represented by the Statistical Package for Sciences, was also used. Social spss26 in calculating the Sipperman correlation coefficient in order to verify the study’s hypotheses.
