Our study aims to understand the vital role played by sports management in driving
the achievement of goals for youth and sports institutions in the state of Biskra.
Utilizing an analytical approach, we focused on the four key elements of sports
management: planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. Through extensive field
observation and analysis, it became evident that each of these elements significantly
contributes to the development and enhancement of sports institutions' performance in
the state. Based on the collected and analyzed results, we can confidently affirm the
importance of sports management as an effective tool in improving the performance of
sports institutions. Effective planning facilitates the development of strategies to
achieve set goals, while organizing guides efforts and clearly defines responsibilities.
On the other hand, direction plays a crucial role in motivating human resources and
enhancing their capabilities, while continuous supervision ensures work quality and
compliance with standards and principles
