Professional identity and its role in achieving professional stability among the employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the state of M’sila

Job identity is an effective supporter in achieving professional stability
among employees. This study aimed to identify the role of job identity in achieving
professional stability among the employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports
in the state of M'sila. To achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical
descriptive approach was used, and after reviewing the theoretical literature on the
subject of the study. A questionnaire consisting of four dimensions was designed,
after verifying its psychometric characteristics, sincerity and reliability. The research
tool was applied to a sample of (40) employees, and after statistical analysis of the
data using the spss program, the study found the following results: that
professional representation, central values, institutional distinction and continuity
have a significant role in achieving professional stability among the employees of
the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the wilaya of M'sila
