The degree of impact of the planning and human resource recruitment policies in achieving effective performance in sports institutions

The study aims to find out the degree of impact of planning policy and attracting human resources in achieving effective performance in sports institutions. Our research sample consisted of 150 administrators, and we relied on the descriptive analytical approach with the use of a questionnaire. Among the most important findings: - There is a high degree of influence of the human resources planning policy, - There is a medium degree of influence of the policy of attracting human resources in achieving effective performance in the sports institution
