Our study aimed to find out whether modern communication technology has a role in activating a positive organizational climate in sports institutions because of its impact on the technological development of means of communication. This is what will allow the sports institution to improve its performance and raise its effectiveness. We have used the descriptive correlative approach and concluded that the effective use of modern communication technology has a major role in activating the positive organizational climatein sports institutions .
