The Relation of the Access’ Rapidity and the Last Move’ s Length in Improving the Performance and the Numerical Level of Long Jump Efficiency
Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the relationship of the access’ s rapidity and the length of final stepto performance of long jump efficiency. The researchers used the experimental method on an intentionally chosen sample of 15 students. The study showed that the tackled variables have relation to improving performance and achievement of long jump efficiency. There are differences between the before and after measuring and for the after ones. Keywords: - long jump-the access’s rapidity the last move length
