This study aims to investigate the effect of Small-Sided Games (Jeux réduits) training on the development of selected physical attributes among soccer players aged 13–15 years. It also seeks to determine the effectiveness of this training method in improving speed, explosive strength, endurance, and change-of-direction speed, thereby contributing to enhancing the players’ physical fitness and sports performance. The experimental method was adopted, and a set of physical tests was used as the main data-collection tool. The study sample was selected randomly and consisted of 20 U14 soccer players from Chabab Aïn Taghrout Municipal Club (CBAT), Bordj Bou Arréridj, who were divided into two equivalent groups: an experimental group and a control group, with 10 players in each group. The study results revealed statistically significant differences between the pre-test and post-test measurements in favor of the experimental group in the tests of endurance, speed, explosive strength, and change-of-direction speed. The results also demonstrated the superiority of the experimental group over the control group in the post-tests. These findings confirm that Small-Sided Games training contributes positively to the development of selected physical attributes among soccer players and represents an effective training method that can be incorporated into training programs for youth soccer players
