Abstract

This research aims to present a scientific proposal for a comprehensive recovery program based on the integration of education and sports, as an effective strategy for psychological and social reconstruction among trauma survivors. The program is designed to be implemented over 12 weeks, with three sessions per week, and is built around three main components: an educational component, a physical activity component, and a social component. The research employed a descriptive-analytical approach by reviewing the literature and previous studies related to psychological trauma, education in emergency contexts, and sports as a therapeutic and rehabilitative tool. The research proposes evaluation tools to measure the program’s effectiveness psychologically, physically, and socially, with the potential for future application according to the targeted communities’ conditions. The program also includes a detailed implementation plan for each week and session. Expected outcomes include improvements in psychological resilience, reductions in stress and anxiety, enhancement of physical fitness, increased social interaction, and higher participant satisfaction. The research provides recommendations for field implementation of the program, conducting future applied research to assess the program’s impact, developing assessment tools, integrating the program into educational and community settings, and training staff to ensure effective and high-quality implementation, with a focus on program management and sustainability through broad psychological and social support and engagement of families and communities to promote continuous recovery.
