Journal of Public Service Quality for Sociological and Administrative Development Studies

The Journal of Public Service Quality for Sociological and Administrative Development Studies is an international, semi-annual, double-blind peer-reviewed scientific journal. It is open-access and free of charge, published by the University of M’sila, Algeria.

The journal aims to publish original and innovative scientific studies and research that have not been previously published or derived from academic theses, in various fields of social sciences such as sociology, work psychology, human resources, management science, organizational behavior, organizational studies, legal sciences, administrative sciences, and public relations. All submissions must adhere to internationally recognized standards of scientific research methodology.

The journal accepts articles written in Arabic, English, or French, submitted by university professors, PhD students, and researchers affiliated with recognized research institutions.

As a recent publication, the journal released its first issue in 2018. It values the potential and contributions of researchers, ensuring fair and specialized peer review. Manuscripts are assigned to qualified reviewers according to their field of expertise, and review reports constitute the main criterion for acceptance or rejection. In case of conflicting review outcomes, a third reviewer is consulted for the final decision.

The journal welcomes the contributions of dedicated researchers and is committed to maintaining impartial scientific evaluation and regular, transparent publication practices.
