Abstract

Since their inception, organizations have been searching for mechanisms and methods to improve their performance and effectiveness. Modern organizational theorizing (theories of the sociology of the organization) has proven the importance of addressing the social depth of individuals and addressing their socio-cultural content, considering it as a starting point for understanding and interpreting their organizational and social behaviors within their organizations.

Perhaps the literal application of Western theories of different social origin to our Arab organizations has proven ineffective and inadequate in addressing the stagnation and lack of motivation among working individuals. Therefore, this study attempted to find an anthropological approach to model societies, and to investigate the relationship between the cultural and social particularity of social structures and systems and the values and standards they contain, which these nations have invested in their organizations, to give motivation and incentive to their individuals, by instilling their own traditional values, which resulted in them taking remarkable steps in this field.   On this basis, anthropology is a science that can be utilized in the Arab reality by delving into Arab particularity, highlighting and enriching Arab-Islamic values, and finding a space for their intersection with Western values, of course after tailoring them to the Arab context.
