university teachers organizational empowerment and its relation with his academic production

Abstract

Organizational enforcement is one of the organizational factors that enhance performance, devotion and commitment. The elements of the educational process still maintain quality education primarily by university professors.

Accordingly, this research came to shed light on the relationship of organizational enforcement with the level of academic production of the university professor in an effort to reach the most important means that improve the university professor and his academic productivity.

The research aims to achieve the following:

1-Emphasizing the importance of the level of Organizational enforcement for the professors of the arts and sciences colleges of Al-Mustansiriya University.

2 -testing the relationship of organizational enforcements dimensions (individualism, training, communication and participation, team or group work, motivation) to the academic productivity of the university professor.

3-Setting recommendations for decision makers in the College of Arts and the College of Sciences at Al-Mustansiriya University and other university institutions with a view to clarifying the importance of organizational enforcement in the productivity of the university professor.
