Abstract

The rapid development that Algeria is witnessing in the field of new information and communication technologies and the growing use of applications connected to the Internet and new electronic and digital media to save files, images and others, calls for establishing a legal basis and providing the necessary devices and structures to combat transnational cyber crime.
